  • Mondays, March 17-May 5, 2025. 8-week session.
  • Saturdays, March 22-May 10, 2025. 8-week session.

“Learn to Skate” levels are structured with the US Learn To Skate Basic Skills class titles and descriptions.

Details of each level…

Stinger 1-3
Designed for kids ages 3-5 to build confidence while learning to skate incorporating fun and games. First time skaters ages 3-5 years old may register if accompanied on-ice by a parent or mature helper. There is no additional cost for the helper. Helper only required for initial 8-week session.

Basic 1-6

The Basic Skills curriculum is available to skaters ages 6 & up who are taking their first steps on the ice. The main focus of this curriculum are the FUNdamentals of ice skating: Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed.

Adults/Teens
The adult/teen curriculum is designed for both beginning and experienced adult skaters (ages 13+) who wish to improve their skating skills. Participation in the program will help promote physical fitness and improve balance and coordination while teaching proper skating techniques.

Pre Free Skate/Free Skate 1-6
The U.S. Figure Skating Aspire program is the bridge between learn to skate group classes and U.S. Figure Skating membership. Through the development of athleticism and artistry, skaters build a solid skill foundation that drives success on and off the ice.

It is recommended that all skaters participating in classes have a Learn to Skate USA membership. Membership provides numerous resources that will help the individual progression of each skater.
